Marnik Renovations is owned and operated by Mark Petty. Mark has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. In addition to residential renovations, Mark also worked for a large commercial contractor, gaining experience in a wide range of construction projects.
Although Mark enjoyed his work in the commercial sector, his greatest enthusiasm has always been for residential renovations. Now dedicated to residential work full-time with Marnik Renovations, Mark brings that enthusiasm and enjoyment with him to every project.
Mark’s high quality workmanship and professional approach have also made him the preferred contractor for several local realtors who refer his services to their clients both pre- and post-sale.
