"Upon driving along our crescent a couple of years ago, we recognized that most of the homes in our neighbourhood had the same large, plain concrete front porches that were the builder's "staple". We were looking to do something unique and different. As we have had Mark do a renovation to a previous property, we asked him if he was willing to give us ideas and a quotation on upgrading our front porch. Mark offered a variety of choices; the pros and cons and we decided to go with natural shaped flagstone. He was meticulous in his measurements and in the placing of the different shapes and coloured stones to co-ordinate and blend with the exterior of the home. The finished product was beautiful.
Our home went up for sale, less than a year later, and it sold in 2 days. Various realtors advised us that the curb appeal, thanks to the enhanced front porch, was one of the biggest factors in the quick sale. It made the home stand out from the crowd.
